Moved to Dona Pepa on a NLV, so needed my Padron, walked in with my passport and house details, no queue, details taken and asked to come back the next day.... Got my Padron with no fuss at all They then gave me a pass to use the local tip for 3 months, and said once I have my TIE I can have a permanent pass. Honestly, so stress free, helpful and speak English, I can't praise them enough
